Our Solution
Who This Helps
- Property and facility managers dealing with floor-level leaks
- Maintenance teams under pressure to avoid operational disruption
- Buildings with concrete-embedded drain systems
- Multi-level properties with visible ceiling stains
- Common applications: restaurants, food manufacturing, industrial plants, parking garages, stadiums, and older commercial buildings
Key Benefits
- No Demo — Zero cutting, zero patching, zero flooring repair
- Occupied-Friendly — Contained, mess-free, and non-invasive
- Fast Turnaround — Most drain drops are completed in a single workday. When positioned close together, our team can line up to three in the same day.
- Cost Savings — Skip the demo, the rebuild, and the operational shutdowns. Lining the pipe avoids all of it — saving you thousands in construction costs, lost productivity, and facility disruption.
Process

We thoroughly clean the drain drop, removing all scale and debris.

A custom short liner is built and installed from the drain down into the pipe.

The liner is left to cure in place for 4–6 hours.

Once cured, we remove the bladder and plastic.
“We’ve had outstanding success using epoxy pipe lining with Althoff/NuFlow for P-trap repairs and preventative lining in several high-volume restaurant locations. In environments where downtime means lost revenue, this solution has proven to be a game-changer. The process is far less invasive than traditional pipe replacement-no need to tear out floors or disrupt kitchen operations allowing the restaurant to continue functioning with minimal interruption.
Just as important, the results have been reliable and long-lasting. Since implementation, we’ve had zero recurring issues with the treated lines. It’s an effective, durable solution that meets the demands of a fast-paced, high-use environment. We highly recommend epoxy pipe lining for anyone looking for a smart, non-disruptive approach to pipe rehabilitation in commercial food service settings.”
